Cultural Arts Events

The Sixes PTA sponsored Cultural Arts program  kicked off the school year with a fun show on September 18^th.  Ron Anglin, a performer with Young Audiences in Atlanta,  entertained the 2^nd, 3^rd, and 4^th graders using juggling among other things to teach Newton’s 3 Laws of Motion.    Our next show is November 20^th and Sixes is welcoming Ken Scott, an educational motivator, to perform for the K-2 grades.  He will be performing his “Be Creative Program” which is a reading show with a live rabbit, music, puppetry, and audience participation.  You can get more information about Ken Scott at www.KenScottPrograms.com.  Our December 18^th show will celebrate the music and traditions of the winter holidays around the world in a dynamic  performance by Ritmo Blu.    For more information you can go to www.YAWAC.ORG.
